Quiltmaker: Judy Parr
Judy debated using exclusively red and white fabrics but has decided to add greens because of the many flower arrangements the next series of lessons include. All the greens have a bit of red in them, so it gives a strong, well coordinated look to her squares.
Quiltmaker: Ginny Bailey
Ginny has a thing for purples and greens! Her squares have a lovely pale, scrunchy pink background that is perfect for the many greens she's chosen. It will be in a room with a green wall, so there will be a nice contrast.
Quiltmaker: Sherry Clapp
Sherry's squares have a white on white background and she's using many greens, purples and pinks to add interest. With the upcoming wreaths and flower arrangements, she thinks she will be adding more colors to the mix. This was going to be a wall quilt, but it sounds like it is going to be a bed quilt size!
Quiltmaker: Louann Young
Louann has chosen mountain colors for her quilt and is using all batiks and hand dyed fabrics. She has many dark, mulicolored batiks, and she is adding golds, oranges and purples to brighten it up. One fabric includes moose, bears and other mountain creatures!
